Introduction

The DEPARTMENT OFLEGAL STUDIES at Radha Govind University was established in the year 2018 by the Jharkhand Legislative Act No. 14 of 2018 and approved under Section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 ,located in the lush green environment.

Department of Legal Studies,Radha Govind University is a faculty of high repute that has always channeled its resources wisely into providing high quality legal education and ensures other developmental opportunities are made available to the students. It focuses not only on giving an all-rounded legal education but also acknowledges the importance of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, helps inmoulding cognizant individuals and professionals.

The Department is dedicated to prepare students for legal practice by providing them with clinical legal training so that they can enter the legal profession with the confidence and knowledge they need.The Departmentendeavours with diversified teaching methodologies, internships, industrial interface and networking with professionals, excellent placements and career oriented trainings, class of art infrastructure facilities and learning environment, throws out open platform for students of all walks of life to acquire required knowledge and accomplish their goals.
